I’m Cathy and for over 40 years, I worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst, solving problems and building systems behind the scenes. But in 2018, everything changed. I heard God whisper something brand new into my spirit: Vision Board Parties.
In 2018, I felt a clear and powerful message from God: “Vision Board Parties.” It wasn’t just a thought, it was a calling I couldn’t shake off. I began writing, sketching, praying, dreaming. For weeks, I filled pages with everything pouring out of me. I hadn’t done that in years. It felt like a switch had been flipped. I knew something big was being born.
For over 40 years, I worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst. I loved solving problems and building systems that made things work. But this calling was different. It wasn’t about logic, it was about people. About healing. About helping others reconnect with the bigger picture of their lives. It reminded me we’re all wired for purpose, we just need space to see it again.
That’s when I remembered, my parents once dreamed of running a party business. I never planned this. But somehow, their dream came back through mine. Vision Partying® became a way to carry that legacy forward with joy, faith, and purpose.

For me, this work is spiritual. It’s sacred. Because vision boards aren’t just paper and glue they’re a space where your inner whisper gets louder. Where your voice starts to return. We live in a world that doesn’t give us time to pause, reflect, or ask:“What do I truly want?” But when you step into a Vision Party…you slow down. you breathe. you let your heart speak again. And here’s what happens:
Begin to see that their story isn’t finished. They visualize a life beyond their current challenges and start to believe that their future can be different.
Sit around the same table, sharing glue sticks and dreams. They laugh, they cry, they remember parts of themselves they had buried under responsibilities.
They finally have space to imagine. To reconnect with their God-given purpose.
It’s not just about goals. It’s about healing, clarity, and hope. Because when you see your vision laid out in front of you, something shifts.
You stop doubting. You start moving. And life starts showing up in ways you never expected.
I didn’t make this decision on a whim. I prayed. I wrestled. I waited. And when God said “Go,” I went.
That first step was scary, but it was the most powerful one I’ve ever taken. Vision Partying is here to stay. And I believe it’s going to help people shift the way they think, plan, and live out the future God has for them.
